Packaging
All orders are wrapped with care using protective, minimal packaging. Wherever possible, we use recyclable or reusable materials to keep our environmental impact low.

Returns & Exchanges
We hope you’ll love your Loom & Yarn piece, but if something isn’t quite right, we understand.

Once your return is received, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method.

Because each piece is handwoven and one-of-a-kind, we recommend reading product descriptions carefully and contacting us before ordering if you have any questions about size, texture or colour.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or there’s a fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos where possible, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
